During the presentation of his plan “Services for Citizens and Businesses”, PM Edi Rama said that 1207 services are now offered to citizens from an online platform and this according to the head of state, has undone corruption and long waiting lines.

“Whoever doesn’t want to go to the office doesn’t have to, because 1207 services out of 3 or 4 that were available 7 years ago, are now offered online, which means 95% of services offered by government offices regarding documents needed by citizens,” said Rama.

“Administration employees have ceased to receive masses of people and offering their services based on bribes. They collect the necessary documents and through digital methods, they take them to the one location, where you go to collect them,” added Rama.

On the other hand, the PM didn’t spare his attacks on the SMI, with whom the SP co-governed during their first term.

“This is a product of the revolution of holding the steering wheel with both hands, something that couldn’t have been possible if we shared our decision-making with someone else in our lap,” said the Head of State.
